Metice Development Solutions Ltd. is proud to announce an extension of our partnership with the Institute for Leadership and Management . We will be delivering the ILM Level 5 Coaching and mentoring in Management Qualification commencing in September 2011 with the first cohort group.
The programme follows a blended learning approach embracing three modules and an induction module. In addition to a Distance Learning Log, delegates will also deliver 12 hours Coaching and Mentoring, supported by a coaching diary and conclude the programme for certification with a workplace based written assignment.
