The programme focuses on developing advanced people management skills. Key emphasis is placed on the change process and its impact on performance, identifying key behaviour characteristics and preferred influencing styles. All of which may be dictated by identifying and plotting the organisational climate and culture.

Build on individual personality characteristics. Identify their preferred leadership styles and teamwork preferences. Recognise the challenge posed by organisational change.
