The ‘Valuing Diversity’ Training Programme
Bespoke training on behalf of the Palmer & Harvey Group of Companies
Metice have developed a training programme for the Palmer & Harvey Group of companies. Training is to filter down from senior management to staff levels over an 18 month period, with 3,800 staff expected to go through the Diversity training programme.
The criteria was to raise awareness of the multicultural composition of the Company and UK workforce and to put the business case for embracing diversity
Liam Crawford of Metice has been responsible for delivering Diversity training to senior managers from Director level, having already delivered over 20 sessions to date:
