One of our specialized areas of expertise is Competence Design, including Development Centre and Assessment Centre projects

On behalf of the European Union we have both managed and co-ordinated transnational competence design projects across Spain, Portugal and the UK.

In the last five years we have led eight Competence Design Projects for
Buying, Marketing, Sales Development, Personnel, Distribution Managers, Operational Branch Managers, H R Managers and Food Store Managers.

Over the last six years we have led the United Co-operative Food Division Competence Design and Development Centre Projects.

We have trained over nine separate competence project teams.

We have trained over 136 Assessors and Facilitators for Development Centres and have co-ordinated/managed circa 120 Development Centers.

We are responsible for sign off and quality control of all feedback to participants.

We are expert in Job Analysis, Rep Grid, Visionary Interviewing and Critical Incident techniques.

We are Certificated Development Centre Facilitators and we are expert in all Job Analysis techniques.
