The programme will develop all the necessary leadership skills, leading to increased team success and productivity. Delegates will be able to identify these positive aspects of self which increase commitment from others and learn to use those behaviours effectively.
Programme Objectives: Have an increased understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses. Examine motivational issues in relation to own and others needs, selecting appropriate behaviours to match these needs. Understand the preferred climate in relation to leading people, building on personal strengths. Identify their preferred leadership style and teamworking preference and the implications for themselves and others. Demonstrate the critical steps to follow for coaching to be successful. Practise the skills of managing change and conflict. Produce a performance improvement plan for their own continuing development. Describe the facilitation model and the critical steps to be followed.

New and existing Team Leaders responsible for functional or cross functional needs, the programme can be remodelled to embrace clients with individuals making the difficult transition from Supervisor to Team Leader.
