Metice to Develop Facilitation Techniques Programme

Metice will be designing and delivering a Facilitation Techniques Programme in partnership with a major international plc. With the increasing demand to work across all functional boundaries, high-level facilitation skills is a requirement for all proactive cross-functional managers.

This two day interactive programme will embrace the techniques required to successfully facilitate groups of all sizes within the business, will also introduce a selection of facilitation tools and techniques in order to support behavioural change within the business. Each delegate attending will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role of the successful facilitator.
