Metice has worked in close consultation with the Institute for Leadership and Management over the last 7 years, recognising the key role that the Institute plays in the recognition and certification of leadership training and development. The institute’s quality control role ensures the consistency and quality of training delivery. This will guarantee Metice’s long term commitment to continuing to work alongside the Institute. Metice offers a range of Institute Endorsed Training and Development Programmes. All programmes focussing on management and leadership development.

Over the last 12 months circa 200 leaders / managers from across various industrial sectors have undertaken Institute endorsed programmes delivered by Metice Consultants. The total over the last 6 years would be closer to 700 leaders awarded with ILM Certificates as a result of Metice Training Interventions.
