A programme to introduce delegates to the process of Job Analysis leading to the creation of a competency model. The process is fundamental to collecting information about jobs and the delegate will leave with the skills required to commence carrying out a thorough job analysis themselves.
Programme Objectives: State what job analysis is and the application of job analysis. Define what is meant by competency design. Understand the 4 stage approach to job analysis and competency design. Demonstrate the understanding of rep grids by carrying our rep grid interviews. Demonstrate an understanding of visionary interviews in carrying out interviews. Take an active role in the designing a competency model.
