This programme focuses specifically on the Change Process, an everyday occurrence with the business environment. We can no longer delay the next change initiative until the “window of opportunity” arrives in the spring. Leaders and Managers across all business spectrums require a working knowledge and understanding of the change process, embracing both the emotions and behaviours individuals demonstrate along the change path.
Programme Objectives: Describe in detail the change process. Identify clearly the stages along the route and the management skills to be used at each stage. Understand the four principle roles undertaken in the change cycle. Discuss and analyse both examples of successful and unsuccessful change. Take part in developing a stake holder map for forthcoming change to be initiated. Understand the impact organisational change has on the esteem of those affected. Decide how to minimise blocks and barriers to successful change.
