Metice venture to the Middle East, Abu Dhabi..
Metice venture to the Middle East, Abu Dhabi. To deliver a bespoke programme on behalf of the CIPD developing business planning skills.
The programme focuses on every aspect of developing a robust business plan from identifying current organisation position, market analysis, financial costing, planning resource and evaluating.
This highly interactive two day programme has been given the seal of approval by Takreer oil and Petroman, who are already eager to develop other areas of management development.

Nuffield Leeds develop 2008 strategy.
Following a targeted approach in 2006 / 07 with the senior Heads of Department within in Nuffield Leeds. Metice have been invited back to help with the development of the 2008 business strategy. The approach through facilitated sessions celebrated the success of 2007 and the key driving factors, both personal and organisational.
Moving forward to 2008, the creation of the vision and direction with continued targeted learning and development interventions is firmly in the sights of the Nuffield Leeds senior team.
A range of bespoke interventions is due to be delivered through out 2008 to support and develop the skills required to achieving the 2008 goals.

First programme delivered in Equatorial Guinea.
Metice continues to build a credible relationship within the oil industry sector. Marathon oil again on behalf of the CIPD have requested development of key personnel in the latest recruitment and selection processes.
The location this time takes us to West Africa, Equatorial Guinea and is the first programme of its type to be delivered in this region.

Management programme now devised and set in place aimed at development of senior managers in the business. The programme consists of three modules modern leadership, the high impact coach and building successful teams. The first of courses is been rolled out in April, all the courses are closely linked and include workbooks and post modular work.
