Metice develop management skills

Following the successful completion of the listening groups the data collected has been analysed to produce the first of a series of courses to increase the managerial / people skills of the senior team the heads of department.

The first course was delivered in January with excellent feedback and more importantly visible work place behavioural change taking place. This initial course on leadership development is now been opened up to the wider group of Nuffield hospitals.
