Metice to launch online training programmes

Metice is working alongside some E based specialists in order to develop and deliver a series of internet based training programmes. The first programme will be available to purchase 23rd February, entitled Managing Individualism and Diversity. All our projects carried out over the last three months as suggested that this is a present need for the Leader / Manager of 2007.

The programmes will be modular based and will allow the learner all the flexibility of traditional distance learning, however linked to the internet. Learning at one’s own pace and whenever the time and date allows, a total flexible package of self-development.
Further programmes are to be launched in the spring on topics such as Change Management and Successful Coaching.
