Over the next eighteen months, all 3,800 employees of leading UK wholesaler, The Palmer & Harvey Group of Companies, will complete the Valuing Diversity programme devised and developed by Liam Crawford, Partner at Metice Development Solutions (www.metice.co.uk).

Directors and Senior Managers of Palmer & Harvey were the first to attend the two day session and fully endorsed a Company wide rollout of the programme.

Research Vital
“To begin with,” Liam explained, “I visited a number of Palmer & Harvey sites across the country and interviewed a wide range of Directors, General Managers and Supervisors. This research was vital. It allowed me to develop the initial programme outline so that it was tailored exactly to Palmer & Harvey’s needs”.

National Rollout
Following the initial success, Liam has worked closely with the Human Resources and Training teams at Palmer & Harvey to enable the in-house delivery of the national rollout of the Valuing Diversity programme..
