Research Vital
“To begin with,” Liam explained, “I visited a number of Palmer & Harvey sites across the country and interviewed a wide range of Directors, General Managers and Supervisors. This research was vital. It allowed me to develop the initial programme outline so that it was tailored exactly to Palmer & Harvey’s needs”.
National Rollout
Following the initial success, Liam has worked closely with the Human Resources and Training teams at Palmer & Harvey to enable the in-house delivery of the national rollout of the Valuing Diversity programme..
