Performance Development Review
The programme focuses particularly on the performance development interview and aims to develop the skills necessary to assist the successful completion of these interviews. The emphasis is on a minimum amount of input allowing maximum performance interview practice.

Describe the structure the review interview should follow.
Participate in two performance review interviews.
State how to conduct the effective review meeting.
Share feedback.
Set both measurable and believable objectives using performance standards.
Address individual development needs.
State positive behaviour to assist the review process.
Demonstrate and practise rapport building.
Demonstrate effective questioning techniques encouraging participation.
