Presenting as a Professional
There is an ever increasing requirement for the manager to present material in formal situations both within, and external to, his/her normal hierarchy. Presenting to customers both internally and externally is gradually becoming a daily requirement. This 2½ day programme will provide delegates with a range of practical skills and techniques required to deliver high level presentations on each and every occasion.
Programme Objectives:
Demonstrate and understand how to control the butterflies.
Understand the thought process that all nervous presenters go through.
Present 3 presentations throughout the duration of the programme.
Explain the process of mind mapping and utilise this skill when preparing presentations.
Demonstrate the use of IT graphics packages.
Explain the principles that support the positive presenter.
Understand the strength of positive body language and eye contact.
Demonstrate an understanding of the planning, preparation and structure.
