Don Greenwood - Director

Don is a Training and Development Specialist with 22 years experience in Human Resource Development. He has gained considerable experience across a wide industrial spectrum embracing Hotel & Catering, Retailing, Telecommunications, and Wholesaling and Distribution.

During his time as Director of Training with the Federation of Wholesale Distributors he was awarded the Gold Medal for Outstanding Contribution to Industry. He was Chairman of the National Wholesale Training Council which merged with the National Retail Training Council to form the Distributive Occupational Standards Council of which he became Vice Chairman.

Don designed and implemented Modular Programmes accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, for which he received the John Sainsbury Award for Training Excellence.
