Gordon has built his track record of commercial achievement both in the UK and overseas, by successfully developing businesses through the development of their people.

His Masters degree in Languages has stood him in good stead in making full use of his linguistic skills in the Senior Executive and Board positions he has held in Europe and South East Asia.

His particular interests lie in the development both of business strategy and coaching as increasingly vital components of sustainable organizational performance.
