Liam Crawford - Partner

Liam brings a rare awareness of training and development as well as enhanced business development skills and operational managerial experience.

Beginning his career in 1986, within the wholesale sector. Liam has worked in a number of key roles ranging from branch management, area sale management and then progressing into training and development as regional training manager in 1996. The experience and career progressed encompassing National Operations Training Manager and more recently Organisational Development Consultancy and Design within the retail sector.

Liam has been involved in all aspects of bespoke interventions from performance management to Sales Techniques with target audiences as high as board level, with evaluation, improving results and performance always at the top of the list. Liam’s warm, knowledgeable and relaxed style add further dimension to the Metice team.
