Sue Rawden is a training and development specialist with over 20 years experience designing and delivering training initiatives across varied sectors of industry – including Retail, Distribution and IT.

Sue has managed training functions for a number of organisations - 3 in “start up “ environments with total responsibility for employee development. This has given Sue invaluable experience in implementing initiatives that met the needs of the organisation, the team and the individual.

Sue has a very practical attitude towards training and development ensuring that training needs are properly identified and that the most effective solution is implemented and evaluated. She is totally committed to the improvement of company performance through highly trained and motivated staff.
