Training Techniques
Training has no substitute, however it must be developed and delivered to high level standards. Highly participative course will enable delegates to develop skills required for the completion of successful one to one training and group training sessions. The programme content embraces designing training objectives through to how to measure effectiveness.

Complete a training needs analysis.
Prepare a task analysis worksheet for use in a training session.
Plan and structure a training session.
Demonstrate an understanding of the value of good questioning technique.
Demonstrate an understanding of good training practise by carrying out a one to one training session and a group training session.
