Upselling and sales course

Metice is in the early stages of developing an up selling / sales course for the travel shops in the Coop group. In these initial stages senior visionary meetings are taking place along with store visits and a series of mystery shops.

The research will then begin to focus on key development areas for travel agent staff to increase the ability to build increased selling opportunities.
