Competence Design Project International Organization
Metice Consultants have recently managed an international competence design project for 3 levels of management staff. Creating the competence framework and designing the development centre, including tailored exercises and assessment systems.
The project also included training all the facilitators and managing each development centre as the centre coordinator. In total 9 development centre's were delivered, with a total of 54 managers attending.

In the last five years we have led ten Competence Design Projects for:-
Buying, Marketing, Sales Development, Personnel, Distribution Managers, Operational Branch Managers, H R Managers and Food Store Managers.
Over the last six years we have managed the United Co-operative Food Division Competence Design and Development Centre Projects.
We have trained over nine separate competence project teams.
We have trained over 136 Assessors and Facilitators for Development Centres and have co-ordinated/managed circa 120 Development Centres.We are responsible for sign off and quality control of all feedback to participants.
We are expert in Job Analysis, Rep Grid, Visionary Interviewing and Critical Incident techniques.
We are Certificated Development Centre Facilitators and we are expert in all Job Analysis techniques.
