Metice Consultants have recently managed an international competence design project for 3 levels of management staff. Creating the competence framework and designing the development centre, including tailored exercises and assessment systems.
The project also included training all the facilitators and managing each development centre as the centre coordinator. In total 9 development centre's were delivered, with a total of 54 managers attending.

We have trained over 136 Assessors and Facilitators for Development Centres and have co-ordinated/managed circa 120 Development Centres.We are responsible for sign off and quality control of all feedback to participants.
We are expert in Job Analysis, Rep Grid, Visionary Interviewing and Critical Incident techniques.
We are Certificated Development Centre Facilitators and we are expert in all Job Analysis techniques.
